Enrollment
This facility serves children from the age of six weeks through five years old. Children are accepted by order of application as vacancies occur. In order to maintain curriculum planning and provide supplies for activities, no drop-in care will be provided. For a period of two weeks following the initial enrollment, all children will be observed. Acceptance of the child will be contingent upon the results of that observation process.
RATIO’S IN FAMILY CHILD CARE
1 caregiver: 6 children. Three of these children may be under the age of two years. OR 8 children. Two of these children may be under the age of two years.
REGISTRATION FEE
A registration fee of $35.00 will be charged upon initial enrollment of each child. This registration fee is not refundable and covers the cost of art & crafts, first aid, and other supplies needed during the period of enrollment.

This facility will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

Thanksgiving Weekend
Christmas Day
Due to fixed costs, averaged over a calendar year, there is no reduction in rates for these holidays. When one of these holidays falls on a Saturday, the holiday will be taken on Friday. If the Holiday falls on Sunday, it will be taken on Monday.
Monthly Rates
6 weeks – 2 years Full day/Half day $440.00/$340.00
2 years – 3 years Full day/Half day $420.00/$320.00
4 years – 5 years Full day/Half day $410.00/$310.00
6 years – 12 years Monthly $400.00
All fees are due before the 5th of each month. These fees may be divided into four equal weekly payments if arranged in advance. If weekly payments are preferred, the payments will be due in advance on Friday before child care is provided. Each client will be allowed two weeks of vacation time each year at no charge. A two week notice will be required for these vacation times. Failure to provide the required advance notice or taking additional vacation time will accrue charges at the normal rate. A full day is considered 5 hours or more and a half day is considered 5 hours or less.
